Creativity Boot Camp Assignment #5
Today, our assignment was "grow". At first, I thought of plants/flowers and then my kids, but I had already taken pictures of them this week. Then it came to me…what grows more than a pregnant belly. Plus I haven’t really taken any belly shots this pregnancy. I went outside to take them in front of some landscaping to also have another element of “grow” in the picture. I put on my favorite maternity shirt that reads “Worth the Weight”, because I thought that represented the theme as well. I took a couple of different shots, but once I got inside and looked at them, I wasn’t satisfied with the focus. But it’s just too hot here to go back and take more…feels like 95 at 8:30 in the morning. So I played around with a couple of different settings/actions in photoshop to create the following:

Love the side shots! Keep cool, the heat is tough on pregnant women. You just seem to get over heated so quickly.
Yay! I was thinking about that yesterday that you needed to take some belly shots before the baby comes. I'm ready to actually look pregnant so I can take some too. And we need to take some together when I come down in a few weeks. I can fake it a little ;) since I could pretty much look pregnant even when I wasn't. I can't wait to meet new Baby Lindsay! Hurry and get here already!!!
What a great idea, I remember being pregnant in the summer with my daughter. We lived in Texas at the time, she was born in August. Enough said...lol.

I've used my sisters scan photo - my niece or nephew is due in December.
